Our celebration was held at Chungs of Mapperley where we enjoyed a Cantonese Banquet.

President Sophie welcomed guests and friends including some of our charity partners - Sharewear Clothing Scheme, Footprints Conductive Education Centre and Nottingham City Council Housing Services. We were also honoured to be joined by the Sheriff of Nottingham and representatives of Rotary Clubs throughout the region.

District Governor Richard Vergette welcomed and inducted Clement Sir-Clem Owums as the newest member of the club, and also presented Sophie Leadley with a Paul Harris Fellow Award.

Not only that but the club celebrated one of its longest standing members, Peter Moore, and presented him with a certificate recognising 50 years of service to Rotary International in Great Britain & Ireland and we raised over £1000 for charity projects through our charity auction and raffle.

Entertainment provided by Chinese Dragon and mix of singing provided by Ellie-Marie.

Thank you to all of our members and guests who supported and attended the evening.
