Latest News & Updates: Making a Difference Locally and Globally

A huge thank you to Broxtowe Women's Project for such a fantastic evening — and for the incredible work you do every single day supporting women and children affected by domestic abuse across Nottinghamshire
Assistant Governor Paul Jones spoke on behalf of the Rotary Club of Nottingham, sharing why this partnership reflects what Rotary is all about — Service Above Self — and why standing up against domestic abuse is a responsibility we all share. From fundraising and practical support, to our commitment as a White Ribbon supporter organisation, we are proud to stand alongside BWP in saying that violence against women has no place in our communities.
For us, this partnership is about more than fundraising — it’s about shared values, community responsibility.
If you’d like to support BWP’s vital work, please consider:
Donating
Volunteering
Visiting and supporting Pretties In The Wood
Or simply helping to raise awareness
Together, we can make our communities safer and stronger.
Thank you again for a wonderful evening. We look forward to continuing this important work together. A few photos from the night below!
