Latest News & Updates: Making a Difference Locally and Globally
The Rotary Club of Nottingham is a friendly and welcoming group of individuals committed to making a difference both locally and globally
Our members come from all walks of life but share a common goal of wanting to do good in our community and further afield.
Our members work together on a variety of projects, from community events such as our annual Christmas parties for children in temporary accommodation; supporting the Royal British Legion in their Poppy Appeal, and fundraising for vital community resources, through to international efforts like providing clean water and education in disadvantaged areas.
We proudly support local charities such as Footprints Conductive Education Centre, Scotholme Primary School, Nottingham Hospitals Charity, Sharewear Clothing Scheme, Scouts in Nottingham, Walesby Forest, the Royal British Legion, Base 51, Framework, Emmanuel House and Broxtowe Women's Project; while also backing global causes like Rotary’s End Polio Now campaign, Dolly Parton's Imagination Library and Mary's Meals.
Alongside our service projects, we organise regular social events that strengthen our bonds, including informal gatherings, dinners, and charity fundraisers. Our club is inclusive, sociable, and always open to new members who share our passion for making a positive impact in both our local community and the wider world.
The Rotary Club of Nottingham meets every Monday at 6:15pm at the Crowne Plaza Nottingham. We host a different speaker each week, followed by dinner. Why not come along and find a bit more about us and the projects we undertake in our community and further afield?
